  Application and Features:
  BT-905 is transparent master batch based on PP resin containing of high performance Clarifying Agent which is 3rd generation that may enhance the products' transparency and surface fineness, tensile strength, rigidity, heat distortion temperature and size stability, reduce the shaping cycle. It is suitable any method of processing for incomplete crystal resin of PP & LLDPE. It also can be used in producing Food Contact products and does not hamper the taste of eating inside food container as well as for medical purpose.
  
  Recommended Mixture Proportion:
  Recommended Mixture Proportion : 3%-5%.
  Exact dosage can be decided according to the desired clarity requirement.
  
  Method of Application:
  Mixture proportion as per stipulation, evenly mixed with resin, then dry it before production.
  
  Processing:
  It is recommended that the nozzle temperature be controlled at 230-250°C for better dispersion of the clarifying agent.
