  2. Applications
  It is mainly used to test mechanical performance of scaffold couplers made of malleable cast iron or cast steel with diameter various from 48.3mm to 51mm.
  Max. Tensile force, tensile strength, deformation and elongation of Couplers or fastenings, used in the industries like municipal administration, water conservancy, chemical industry, metallurgy, coal and watercraft, etc, can be examined and tested by the testing machine as well.
  Strength of bell shape cap, bowl shape socket, flat tube cross joint, weld strength of flat tube cross joint and compression strength of jack support etc.

  1) Adopting aluminum alloy cover, with attractive streamline structure
  2) lead screws bear tension force only to prolong life-span and stiff stability
  3) Adopting original ball screw loading mode. Interval is eliminated by double nut to make sure high rigidity of frame.

  4. Brief introductions of relative test requirements
  Slip resistance test right angle coupler When load value is 7KN,displacement of flat tube cross should less than 7mm;
  
  when load value is 10KN,displacement of coupler cover plate on standing tube should be less than 0.5mm
  swivel coupler hen load value is 7KN,displacement of flat tube cross should less than 7mm;
  
  when load value is 10KN,displacement of coupler cover plate on standing tube should be less than 0.5mm
  damage resistance test right angle coupler When load is 25KN, each part of coupler should not be damaged
  swivel coupler When load is 17KN, each part of coupler should not be damaged
  torsional rigidity test right angle coupler When torsional moment is 900Nm, displacement should be less than 70mm
  tension test sleeve coupler When load is 4KN, displacement should be less than 2mm
  compression test base-plate coupler When load is 50KN, each part of coupler should not be damaged

  2.after release completely, loading from 0KN to 30KN and keep at 30KN for 2min, each part of coupler should not be damaged
  strength of bowl shape socket 1.loading from 0KN to 30KN and then release completely
  2.after release completely, loading from 0KN to 60KN and keep at 60KN for 2min, each part of coupler should not be damaged
  strength of flat tube cross joint 1.loading from 0KN to 25KN and then release completely
  2.after release completely, loading from 0KN to 50KN and keep at 50KN for 2min, each part of coupler should not be damaged
  weld strength of flat tube cross joint 1.loading from 0KN to 10KN and then release completely
  2.after release completely, loading from 0KN to 25KN and keep at 25KN for 2min, each part of coupler should not be damaged
  compress test of jack support 1.loading from 0KN to 50KN and then release completely
  2.after release completely, loading from 0KN to 100KN and keep at 100KN for 2min, each part of coupler should not be damaged
