  Waterlines agent KC4040, an organometallic complex, has a strong curing accelerating effect, greatly shorten the powder coatings curing time. mainly used to prepare the waterlines powder coatings, and also be used as matting agent of powder coatings, and the preparation of sand texture, moire and other types art powder coatings.

  2. Dosage
   Suitable for pure epoxy, epoxy - polyester, TGIC polyester or hydroxyalkyl amide
  polyester powder coating.
   When prepared waterlines powder coatings , it can be directly added and mixing extrusion together. The dosage is 2%-4% of total amount. It can also be applied by simple blend, the added amount should be relatively decrease when dry-blended with the powder coatings.
  When the preparation of sand-like powder coatings,KC4040 which dosage is
  more than 5% of the resin could meet the requirement, Formula which adding a small amount of wetting agent and benzoin can form a more uniform coating.

  4. Precautions
  In order to prevent pre-curing, the lower extrusion temperature should be relatively lower when using waterlines agent KC4040.
  The lines powder coating of formula is like ground glass, by adding more filler, it
  could be easier to control the production process, and reducing production costs. additionally, the spraying film can be thiner.
  The large pattern powder coating of formula is like water ripple, the texture
  becomes larger by adding polyester, the polyester may be high and medium acid. such as the amount of an medium acid value polyester is more than high acid value. Large pattern spraying film is thicker, coating is too thin to easy shiny. In addition, the texture style of large pattern powder coatings can be changed by mixing with floating texture agent or wetting promote agent. The coating film thin spots are not shiny, although after mixing with floating texture agent.
  
  5. Package & Storage
  Packaging with PE- lined Kraft paper bags. Net weight 25kg per bag.Sealed packaging, storing in a cool and dry place, reasonable storage shelf life of this product is at least 2 years.
