  Wrinkle finish agent KC4040, an organometallic complex, has a strong curing accelerating effect, greatly shorten the powder coatings curing time. mainly used to prepare the waterlines powder coatings, and also be used as matting agent of powder coatings, and the preparation of sand texture, moire and other types art powder coatings.
  
  Dosage:
  1.Suitable for pure epoxy, epoxy - polyester, TGIC polyester or hydroxyalkyl amide
  polyester powder coating.
  2.When prepared waterlines powder coatings , it can be directly added and mixing extrusion together. The dosage is 2%-4% of total amount. It can also be applied by simple blend, the added amount should be relatively decrease when dry-blended with the powder coatings.
  3.When the preparation of sand-like powder coatings,KC4040 which dosage is more than 5% of the resin could meet the requirement, Formula which adding a small amount of wetting agent and benzoin can form a more uniform coating.
