Introduction:
We developed yoking rubber joint to meet clients' demand in 2002 and replaced and bolt with yokes. The two nozzles of yoking rubber joint can be easily installed around relevant pipes and the rubber joint and pipe can be fixed by yokes, and loose the yoke for maintenance so as to compensate the displacement resulted from pipes' hot expansion and cold constriction. Compared with other rubber joints, the product has characteristics as follows:
1. Yoking rubber joint saves flange and bolt and reduces project expenses.
2. Yoking rubber joint nozzle needs no flanging, which simplifies production procedures for rubber joint and saves raw materials.
3. Yoking rubber joint simplifies installation and maintenance and improves work efficiency.
4. Yoking rubber joint is made of stainless steel and characterized with erosion resistance.
Diameter: D50-400, installation length shall be designed according to GJQ(X)-DF-I or consumer's demand.
Pressure grade: 0.25MPa-1.0MPa
