Detailed Description:
ZB411 is a kind of environment-friendly halogen-free flame retardant, widely used in various
polymers, can completely or partial substitute the Antimony trioxide to produce a synergistic effect with the bromine to get required flame-retardant level. Not only can be used as antimony oxide or other halogen flame retardant multifunctional additive, also can improve the flame retardant performance, reduce combustion smoke generation, regulate the rubber or plastic products’ chemical, mechanical and electrical performance.

4ZnO.B2O3.H2O (ZB411) is a kind of high heat resistant zinc borate compound with a higher initial dehydration temperature (> 410 ℃), its initial dehydration temperature is much higher than that of ordinary zinc borate, the whole dehydration temperature range from 290 ℃ ~410 ℃; the zinc /boron ratio is about 4:1, the ZnO content is as high as 79%, therefore, ZB411 can be used as flame retardants and smoke suppressants but also can be used as curing agent to be widely used in plastics and rubber industries, particularly applicable to high processing temperature of polymers, such as PA6, PA66; ZB411 has good smoke suppressant in PVC products.
