  2XZ rotary vane vacuum pumps are designed for the pumping of air and other ordinary gases, as well as some condensable ones (e.g. water vapor) by using a gas ballast. The pump must be fitted with appropriate accessories if gas is rich in oxygen, explosive, corrosive to ferrous metal, chemical reactive with vacuum pump oil. 2XZ pumps can be used independently, or as a backing pump combined with other high vacuum pump, such as diffusion pumps, Roots pumps, molecular pumps,etc. 2XZ pumps are widely used in various industries like vacuum coating, vacuum heat treatment,
