  1.brief introduction
  this polypropylene pearl films tensile testing machine is to measure tensile strength and elongation at break of polypropylene pearl films( films of single surface heat and both surfaces heat, films of non-heat).
  2.sample
  Mateials of polypropylene pearl films include main material polypropylene resin and a certain amount of pearl materbatch. By the biaxial orientation tensile with method of membrane, so the polypropylene pearl films is made. When measuring its tensile strength and elongation at break, a sample with size 150X15mm±0.1mm should be taken from the whole film and then load tensile force to the sample with a speed of 250mm/min±10mm/min.
