Product Introduction
Coke is an important means in heavy oil processing. Nowadays, The processing capacity of the newly and finished built coking unit,  accounted for about 40% of the total oil and Coking wax oil production accounted for 20 ~ 40% coking processing quantity, so the coking wax oil has a large output. Because  nitrogen、 polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons and colloid in coker gas oil have a  high content, cracking performance is poor, especially the basic nitrogen compounds, have priority adsorption in  catalytic cracking catalyst, thus make it poisoned, coke increased, liquid yield decreased,  gas and coke yield increased. Therefore each refinery  generally can’t mixed more coker gas oil in catalytic cracking feedstock. In order to avoid poisoning of catalyst. Studies show, for each additional 100 ppm of raw materials of Nitrogen content, the conversion rate generally decreased by 0.3 ~ 0.5%, the loss of gasoline and conversion loss is close to 1:1; when total nitrogen was less than 2000ppm, each additional 100ppm in nitrogen lead to the loss of conversion rate 0.7 ~0.9%.The nitrogen content of our country in coker gas oil is generally high, the general quality scores were above 0.15%, far beyond the nitrogen requirement of catalytic cracking unit. Therefore, it will be greatly reduce the conversion rate and the yield of light oil when to use the coker gas oil  as catalytic cracking feedstock.
The basic nitrogen compounds in coker gas oil also have an impact on the hydrocracking catalyst. When the content of basic nitrogen feedstock hydrogen is too high, the catalytic performance decreased, the pressure drop of the bed increased, the service life of the catalyst shorten. Coking badly, then it cannot operate properly when serious, such as Liaoyang petrochemical coker gas oil, because of the high nitrogen content, had to be carried out the furfural refining to remove basic nitrogen compounds. So removal of the basic nitrogen compounds is of great significance for improving the level of hydrocracking and extended catalyst life.
Petroleum University (Hua Dong) college of chemistry and chemical engineering  engaged in the removal of basic nitrogen compounds in petroleum for many years, they has successfully developed a complete set of technology and technical of removing basic nitrogen oil from the Coker gas oil, the rate can reach more than 70%, this process  make use of the principle that efficient complex denitrification agent and the raw oil react, then separate,  the yield can reach more than 98%, the product is non-toxic and tasteless, without any environmental pollution.
Coker gas oil produced by Shengli crude oil, the basic nitrogen content of coker gas oil is 3175ppm. From figure 1, with the increasing dosage of nitrogen agent, the rate of basic nitrogen removal can reach more than 90%.

Using methods and dosage:
The raw material is heated to about 75~90 ℃,and mixed into the static mixer with denitrogenation agent to have a chemical reaction, then separated in the separator. Adding amount depends on the contents of nitrogen in raw materials, generally as 1% of raw material weight. Its process shown below:

A, this product packed in a 1000L plastic barrel, it can also be packed based on user needs.
