AMRESCO is now offering our all-purpose, high purity Agarose I in convenient 500 mg tablet form. We have recognized the need for a convenient method for the preparation of standard agarose gels. Just add the required number of tablets to either TBE or TAE buffer, mix until completely dissolved, heat and pour a gel. No more weighting of agarose for the preparation of 0.5%, 1.0%, 1.5%, and 2.0% gels.
