Property : White or pale yellow solid.Molecular weight 600～1000,flash point 210℃, specific gravity (16/16℃)1.075,refractive index (n20D) 1.61. It is a low molecular weight amethylstyrene linear homopolymer,its solubility,flexibility and ultraviolet resistant properties are good,also with good color stability,corrosion-resistant and antioxidation characteristics. Specification : Specifications Type IV Type V Melting point ℃ 84 ～ 94 94 ～ 104 Ash ( % ) ≤0.05 ≤0.05 Application : The product is a processing auxiliary for PVC and other polyolefins.In the pro-cessing,it is quick in plasticization and can lower the plasticizing temperature and extrusion friction and improve the fluidity,so it is widely used in the proce-ssing of PVC transparent sheets and its hard products to keep or improve the physical properties, increase filler quantity,enhance the finish and color stability of the products.It is also used as modifiers for various adhesives, coatings and thermoplastic PU to improve the functions and processing property of the products.In rubber industr, DV-6 used as processing auxiliary and reinforced modifier to regulate the hardness of chloroprene rubber,butadiene acrylonitrile PVC mixed vulcanized rubber and natural rubber,also to increase the anti-tearing and abrasion-proof of vulcanized rubbe.The product can also be used to substitute the low molecular weight wax in ABS,styrene color masters with good dispersion, high filler addition and saving of inner lubricant to get lustrous plastic products with excellent mechanical property. |
