Our company manufactures carbon black series of superior-wear resistance(N200), high-wear resistance(N300), quick-press(N500), and common(N600) of dry process and wet process, mainly applied to various rubber products such as tires, rubber overshoes, cable, seal ring, tape etc. Moreover they can be applied to such relevant industries such as plastic manufacture.
Our products involve N220, N234, N326, N330, N339, N375, N539, N550, N660 etc. Besides, we can manufacture various special granular and powder black carbon according to customers' demands.
N220: Applied to various rubbers with the wear resistance performance 10%-20% higher than that of N330, enabling colloidal-particle rubber to have high tensile strength and high rupture strength, as well as some conductivity, mainly applied to the truck tires, tread and sidewall compounds of TBR tire, rubber products requiring high strength and high wear resistance.
N234: Its wear resistance is 10% higher than that of N220, mainly applied to high-speed tire-surface rubber and high-quality rubber products.
