Adopting special method of molecular design, the product performs a fabrication of an environment friendly chrome tanning agent, used in leather tanning process, which can greatly increase the hydrothermal stability of collagen fibers, while strengthening and toughening it. The material can reduce the dosage of the chrome tanning agent ,, effectively reduce the heavy metal chromium emissions in tanning wastewater in leather tanning process , prevent environment from pollution, and improve the properties of leather, add a product additional value.

Add cation oil:1.0%-1.5% rotation for 30 minutes; Add chrome tanning agent: 5%-7% rotation 4 hours; Add hot water expanding liquid ratio to 2, submerged leather, temperature within the drum up to 35-42℃; Adjust PH to 3.8-4.0 with diluted hydrogen carbonate sodium liquid; Continue to rotate for 4 hours, stop drum for one night, and then the rotating drum for 30 minutes at the next morning , ride the horse in 30 minutes, take out it of drum, Stack and lay aside.
