Fluid Bed Sludge Dryer

Put wet sludge which produced after the machinery dehydration in fluid bed drier. It will in suspended and boiling state under the function of high temperature gas. High temperature gas and sludge are in across countercurrent. As heating medium, high temperature gas will be evaporated in drying process. Special designed inner structure of fluid bed could let wet sludge fed from one side continuously, and finished dry sludge discharged from the other side. The evaporated water could be recovered by condenser, and discharge in sewage disposal system. Sludge pyrogenation is that heating sludge to a certain temperature (high temperature: 500-1000℃, low temperature:＜500℃), on condition of hypoxia or anaerobic, make solid material decompose into oil, incoagulable gas and carbon.

1 Flexible in operation, support long running. According to final disposal requirement of sludge, could obtain solid rate of different sludge by adjust fuel oil/ coal amount, flow velocity in fluid bed and sludge feeding amount.

2 Because granules are at intense motion state in fluosolids, heat and mass transfer speed between granules and gas is very fast. Heat transfer rate and evaporation rate is high. So it could drying the material with more than 80% water content to the material with lower than 5% water content, it is low in consumption. The moisture in sludge could be evaporated in an instant, so drying time is short, temperature in machine; drying degree and size of granules are uniform.

3 Fluid bed sludge drier is compact in design, strong processing capacity in unit area, small in occupy area, less in malfunction and lows in building investment expense.

4 The finished dry sludge has good physical form (such as: appearance, size, color, taste, hygroscopicity), chemical form (water content, organic matter, microelement content) is stable, will not produce secondary pollution, safe in resource utilization.

5 We could offer different drying process by requirement (such as: rotating roller drier, vibration fluid bed drier, oar blade drier, belt drier)
