① water temperature :55-70℃(化剂Aq. solution）

③ emulsifier:4－6‰（90＃ asphalt）
④ Ratio:（ asphalt:water=6:4）

Cautions:
add emulsifier into water, heat, stir it and add HCL to adjust PH value in 1.5-2.5
