Use : Lithium Dihydrogen Phosphate is mainly used for the production of Electrolyte salt LiFePO4 in lithium battery industry.
At present,to synthesize the lithium iron phosphate(LiFePO4),the best way to produce at the lowest cost is to synthesize with high purity Lithium Dihydrogen Phosphate(LiH2PO4) and high purity ferric oxide .
Such process has the following advantage:
1.The content of iron in ferric oxide iron can reach up to 70%, and cost of iron ion cost is lower.
2.High purity lithium dihydrogen phosphate can supply both lithium ion and phosphate anion, which saves procurement cost and storage cost, and meanwhile, make the parameter of changes in production reduce.
3.During the process of Lithium Iron Phosphate (LiFePO4) with the raw materials Lithium Dihydrogen Phosphate(LiH2PO4) ,because there is no gas emission, the rate of finished products is relatively high ,Under the same process condition, the production capacity of lithium dihydrogen phosphate is at least 50% higher than using the ferrous oxalate, so the cost of production has fallen dramatically.
4.Because there is no gas emission, the density of lithium iron phosphate(LiFePO4) is higher than that produced by the method of ferrous oxalate
Storage : Hermetically, dampproof and prevent from breakage.
Packing :Woven bags lined with plastic bag.25Kg net each or 50kg drums.
