The Piramal Group acquired shareholding of F.Hoffmann-La Roche Ltd., Switzerland, in the Indian subsidiary, Roche Products Limited. Post acquisition, the company was renamed as Piramal Healthcare Ltd.

Since the takeover of the plant in 1993, our chairman is Mr. Ajay Piramal. Our CEO is Mr Harsh Piramal and our President is Mr. Umesh Asaikar. The plant is run professionally and is meeting with the country's requirements in total.
