Product description: Deinking Agent SD 01 Physical& Chemical Properties Solid Content(105℃,%) 90 min PH value(1%aqueous solution) 10-11 Ion anion Performance & Feature The agent possesses very strong ink emulsification ,dispersion and catching capacity, suitable foam, good flotation affect ,high paper whiteness can be obtained . The agent can be dissolved in hot water easily, and with the performance of good bio-degradation and low contamination, good for the cyclic utilization of deinking wastewater. Scope of Application It is applicable to the floatation deinking of old newspaper (less than 30% old magazines can be included). Application Methods Dosage of deinking chemicals (by the weight of absolute dry waste papers): SD 01:0.2-0.5% NaOH:210%-3.0% ,Na2SiO3(38-40Be)1.0%-3.0%, H2O2;appropriate amount; Deinking process: The chemical can be dispersed homogeneously in the water at first, then added waste papers in it . Pulping Process:concentration12-18%,temperature 55-60℃,time is decided according to the pulping device. Flotation process:concentration0.8-1.2%,temperature and time is decided according to the device and process.. Packing &Storage The product will be packing in 50KG tank ,or be specially packed as clients’ requirements.
