Infected area and the pollutant after disaster: dilute it with water at the ratio of 120-300:1(available chlorine2000-5000mg/L),be spattered and the time-response is 10 minutes. 5. Feces and other excrement: dilute it with water at the ratio of 11-15:1(available chlorine40000-60000mg/L),be mixed and the time-response is 1-2 hours.
