Product description: HX-815 Amino-modified Silicone Emulsions Chemical Composition: Octamethylcyclotetrasiloxane high polymeric compound Properties: This emulsion is regarded as the premium fabric softening agent which gives fabrics a soft, smooth, fluffy and rebound handle in an addition to increase the extensibility and crease recovery. It also significantly improves other fabric physical properties, such as tensile resilience, tear strength, sewability, dry cleaning and washing fastness. With excellent dilution and shear stability, resistance to hard water and electrolyte, it is suitable for use in padding and impregnation dyeing. It can be used together with most organic softeners and other textile auxiliaries, as the finishing agent for all kinds of fabrics of natural and synthetic fibers. Specification: Appearance: Transparent to light blue transparent liquid PH: 6-7 Ion: non-ionic / slightly cationic Solid Content: 20% 30% 80% Recommended dosage: ① Padding method Silicon emulsion 5-20g/L, two dip two rolling or one dip two rolling (with liquid rate of 70-80%), drying (80-100%), setting 150ºC/1-2mins, finishing process. ② Impregnation method Silicon emulsion 5-20g/L, PH 5-6(modified by using glacial acetic acid), bath ratio 1:10, dipping for 20-30 mins, temperature 35-40ºC. Packing and Storage: 50kg or 125kg per drum. Keep in a cool, dry and well-ventilated place. Shelf time: 1 year under room temperature.
