HX-102 Fatty group water reducer

I. Product description

Main ingredient is fatty group hydroxyl sulfonate, it is brownish red liquid. No irritating odor.

II. Application

1. Suitable for pre-mixed or cast-in-place concrete, reinforced concrete and prestressed reinforced concrete in all types of industrial and civil buildings, irrigation works, transportation, port, etc.

2. It can be used in preparing ordinary concrete, high strength concrete, pump concrete, and self-leveling concrete.

3. Good adaptability to Portland cement, ordinary Portland cement, Portland slag cement, Portland fly-ash cement, Portland pozzolan cement, and composite cement.

III. Technical index

1. Recommended dosage is 1.5～2.5%, water-reducing rate is 16～30%.

2. It can be compounded a pumping agent, to increase slumps (above 120mm).

3. This product can save above 15% of the cement.

4. The product meets GB8076-97 standard, uniformity index meets GB/T8077-2000 standard.
