| Product description: Formaldehyde-free fixing agent HX-107-1 Quality index: Appearance Brown Yellow Viscous Liquid Solid content 55±1% PH (1% aqueous solution) 6-8 Solubility Easily soluble in cold water Properties: 1. it contains reactive groups which combine with dye and fiber to improve color fixing effect 2. no free formaldehyde, eco-friendly. Application It is mainly used as the color-fixing agent of reactive dyes and direct dyes as well as printed fabric. It has excellent fixing effect especially for active dyes. Recommended dosage: First, dilute it with the same amount of water The agent: 2%--3% (o.w.f) Temperature: 45-60℃ Time: 30-40mins Adjusting PH to: 6-7 Before use, please do sample testing to confirm the correct dosage and method. Process: dyeing→ water washing(→soap boiling →washing)→color fixing →water washing→- after-finishing process Packing and Storage: 50KG , 125KG per drum. Store in a cool, dry and well-ventilated place. keep away from strong oxidants. |
