Performance of JH-3001 Rubber Compounding :

Excellent green tack, lower Mooney viscosity of compound, but without adhesive influence on vulcanization time and physical properties after vulcanization.

Lowers hardness and modulus of compound after vulcanization, improves entension performance.

Avoid adhesion to compounding equipment.

Aids in more uniform and even distribution with fillers.

Recommended Applications:

Tire Rubber compounding. Compounding of other rubber products, like shoe sole,heel, flooring, rubber belts, rubber tubes, tubes for tires of all sizes and others.

Light-coloured rubber products for everyday use.
