Product description: Introductions: During the process of retrieving the alkaline from the paper making black liquid , because of the high temperature , high alkalescence , high content of silicon , magnesium, calcium, ox and other solid material as well as the high viscosity , severe scale formation is caused in the evaporator ,which is even blocked. People have to stop to wash it, which not only raise the cost but also affect the normal production and is regarded as a difficult problem in alkaline recovery. The anti-scale specially used in black liquid evaporator in papermaking is composed of surface active agent , dispersant , viscosity depressant etc .when put into the black liquid , the viscosity depressant in the anti-scale will have chemical reaction with silicon , oxalate and all kinds of sugar in the black liquid to let it loose the viscosity , floating in the black liquid .surface active agent and the dispersant will disperse the calcium, magnesium, silicon ion in the black water to the maximum extent, enhancing its anti- precipitability and liquidity .as a result , they won’t scale in the surface of evaporator but instead keep it clean without scale . Dispersant will have chemical reaction with the scale on the surface of evaporator to dissolve it and make it break off and in this way , the old scale will be rid of .The low viscosity of the black water will prevent the new scale formation . The purge of the old scale enhance the speed of the heat conductivity and accordingly the speed of the water evaporation is increased ,which shorten the time of black water evaporation . All these make the alkaline recovery more efficient and save the cost with more profits gained.
