Chemical Composition: Compound of high temperature Laccase and auxiliary agents

Application Properties: 
This is a highly effective solid soaping agent, almost foamless, with excellent cleaning, dispersing, emulsifying and chelating properties. It can be applied in soaping of fabrics by reactive dyeing, removing loose color on the fiber surface and greatly improving color fastness and washing fastness. Compared with normal soaping agent, the color of residue liquid is paler, with less pressure on wastewater treatment.

Recommended Dosage:
The dosage is affected by the amount of loose color after dyeing and soaping conditions. Testing should be conducted to decide the most economic dosage according to fiber types, processing methods as well as customer's requirements.

1. reactive dye:
Light color 0.05g/L; neutral color 0.1-02g/L; deep color 0.3-0.5g/L
(Remarks: not exceeding 0.5g/L at one time )
2. temperature.: 60ºC
3. time: 15-20mins.
