Product description: Product name: polyurethane multifunctional in-situ water remover YWC-03T Properties: milky white odorless viscous liquid, solid content 25%, density 1.25g/cm3 (20℃), viscosity (40℃)3.5Pa's; It can be evenly dispersed in polyurethane raw materials such as polyether, polyester and polybutadiene. Main functions: (1) Eliminating chemical bubbles: trace moisture in polyurethane raw materials can be quickly removed through in-situ reaction, effectively reducing structural defects such as bubbles, bulges, cavities, pinholes, cracks and the like caused by the reaction of isocyanate components in micro water bath to generate carbon dioxide; (2) Eliminating physical bubbles: This product can effectively inhibit/eliminate mechanical bubbles caused by physical mixing in the system. Specification: 25kg/barrel Precautions: (1) Sedimentation and stratification will occur after long-term storage, so it must be stirred evenly before use. (2) Be sure to seal it immediately after use.
