  Performance and application
  LD-d02 FCC high liquid collector could simultaneously passivate nickel, vanadium, iron and sodium, protect zeolite crystal structure of the main catalyst. It could also reduce the formation of catalytic coke and additional coke ,make coke and asphaltenes formed an even smaller group with the effection of the surface adsorption reservoir thinner. Therefore, the continuous phase or oil was increased (the alkanes, cycloalkanes and aromatics were looked as "oil" in the case).The radical blocking elements could reduce the tendency of thermal cracking, thereby lower the catalytic dry gas yield. Comprehensive results were that the total amount of gasoline, diesel and liquefied petroleum gas could increase. The liquid yield could increase 1-1.2% on the basis of not adding metal passivator, while that of good metal passivation it could improve the liquid yield of 0.5% or so. The metal passivator could be disabled if LD-d02was used, moreover, the product could significantly reduce the unit consumption of catalyst under the condition of maintaining same activities of the equilibrium catalyst.
  
  Use method
  The join point of LD-d02 metal deactivator should be chosen behind all of the heaters, which was far away from the rising pipe line for 4 metres. The product could be diluted with water to 20-50% solution before injection and the adding dosage should be 100-150ppm of the catalytic inletamount.

  200L plastic drum packaging. Stored in a cool and dry place.
