  DRY STRENGTH AGENT LDS 20 1. Functions LDS 20 new type of dry strength agent is the copolymer of acrylamide and acrylic acids, it is the dry strength agent that have zwitterion combo.It can improve paper’s dry strength by enhancing hydrogen bond binding force of the fiber in the environment of acid and alkaline. It is specially suitable to Kraft paperboard and corrugated paper, also can improve ring crush strength and burst index greatly.At the same time, it also has the function of filter aid and improve sizing efficiency. 2. Technical specification Appearance: transparent viscous liquid Solid content: 15% Ionic properties: amphoteric Viscosity: 3000-8000 cps (25℃) PH: 3-5 Storage period: 6 months (≤25°C) 3. Usage method LDS 20 is diluted by water according to the ratio of 1:20-40.It can be intermittently added in mixing chest or machine chest, also can be continuously added in stuff box. Dosage is 0.5%-2.0% of dry stock(generally 0.75%-1.5%).Application consistence is 1%-5%. 4. Package and storage This product should be stored in a dry warehouse, protected from frost and directsunlight.Storage temperature should not be exceed 30℃.Packed in plastic drums with capacity of 50KG、200 Kg or 1000Kg.
