• Product description :

  Phenyl vinyl sulfone (CAS#5535-48-8), a white crystalline powder, purity up to 99%, with anthelmintic and antiprotozoal properties, is a synthetic inhibitor of cysteine proteases, and an inhibitor of SrtA, a transpeptidase required for anchoring and virulence of Staphylococcus aureus cell wall proteins. Also, phenyl vinyl sulfone can be used in a variety of cyclization reactions to produce cyclopropane,1 cyclohexene,2,3 and cyclooctadiene. The regular package is cardboard drums lined with plastic bags, sealed and stored in a cool and dry place.
