  Chemical Composition: Weak Cationic surfactant Complex

  Properties:
  Resistant to acid, alkali and hard water. It is a raising and sanding agent for cotton, knitwear, polyester/cotton blended fabric. After treatment, the fabric has smooth surface, better bulkiness. Through raising and sanding, short, uniform and dense fleece is achieved. It is also applied in softening finishing treatment to obtain better hand feel, unlikely to cause needle hole during sewing.

  Applications:
  1. Double-faced soft nap cloth padding under room temperature
  Rasing agent’s work solution → dry → raising by steel-wire napper → water washing 180ºC → printing or dyeing after drying. 
  Capillary effect should be tested to determine the exact dosage. 
  Normal dosage: 5-10g/L
  2. Twill Sanded fur twill padding 
  Rasing agent’s work solution → dry → sanding
  normal dosage: 5-8g/L

  Packing and Storage:
  50kg or 125kg per plastic drum. Store in a cool, well-ventilated place. Shelf time: 1 year.
