  Properties:

  1、CT powder has excellent water softener capacity, while CT powder is a versatile chelating dispersant, excellent complexation of calcium, iron, magnesium and other metal ions.it also has strong dispersion effect with all kinds of impurities.

  2、CT powder is added in each production procedure of the dyeing and finishing of knitted fabric and knitted fabric can decompose and remove impurities equipment of calcium, iron precipitate and silicate scale, and so on, and effectively reduce the hardness of water production.

  3、In the pretreatment of hydrogen peroxide bleaching with CT powder and oxygen bleaching stabilizer, either steam or cold pad batch process can effectively control hydrogen peroxide decompose violently and prevent hole and improve the whiteness of the fabric and scouring and bleaching uniformity.

  4、Soap boiling with CT powder after the printing or dyeing, can reduce water hardness to effectively remove the floating color of reactive dyes and other dyes. The dyeing products can use less or without fixing agent, to achieve good  color fastness.

  Recommended Dosage:
  1. as softener in dyeing and printing
  0.3-1.0g/L
  2. as brighter or color repair
  1.0-2.0g/L 100ºC, 20-50min

  The fiber, cloth should be cleaned after use the CT powder. Then use the cationic finishing agent

  Packaging and storage:
  25 kg/bag. Store in a cool, dry place. Shelf time: one year.
