• Product description :

  Food grade magnesium chloride is also known as hydrochlorite chemical formula MgCl2·6H2O, molecular weight: 203. White crystals, columnar or needle-like, with a bitter taste. It is easily soluble in water and ethanol, and easily deliquesces when the humidity is high. 116~118℃ hot melt decomposition. Magnesium chloride, also known as halogen tablets and salt brine, is made from hydromagnesite or directly using salt-making mother liquor as raw materials. Edible magnesium chloride can be used as a food additive in the production of legume products, as a stabilizer or coagulant. Small amounts are harmless to humans.
