We use cationic surfactant [Alkyl Trimethyl Ammonium Chloride (30% Solids)] CAS No. 68391-03-7, in our wet condom treatment process, which ensures & acts like a anti tack agent. ( Non sticking agent). Which means that still the condom is semi processed condition & we use this cationic surfactant to ensure condom latex wet film do not stick each other, till we completely dry & vulcanize. The general composition of the Quat is follows; 1. Methanol - 5 % 2. Alkyl Trimethyl Ammonium Chloride 30% ( Total solids) 3. Water 65% Our monthly requirement is about 250 kgs. We can buy in bulk sufficient for 6 Months. Please send me the complete product detail with the quotation. Please note; we would be requiring about 20 Kg sample to test in our process.
