| Detailed Description: | Cas No. : Inquiry for Capacitor Oil - CR 90105 Hello, We inquire about the pricing and availability of capacitor oil that meets the specifications outlined in our Product Standard, CR 90105. We are seeking a high-quality, unused, clear, and synthetic electrical insulating liquid for capacitor impregnation. The liquid must be stable, both chemically and physically, on heating and must be compatible with capacitor-grade PP film and other materials used in capacitor insulation systems, such as cable paper and tissue paper. Here are some of the key technical requirements from our standard: Physical Properties: Specific Gravity at 27°C: 0.97 to 1.01. Flash Point, COC °C: 130°C minimum. Kinematic Viscosity at 37.8°C: 2.4 to 3.2 cST. Water Content: 100 ppm maximum. Pour Point: -50°C (this is a typical test conducted once for every 10 batches). Chemical Properties: Neutralisation Value (Total Acidity): 0.01 mg KOH/gm maximum. Active Epoxide Content: 0.4 to 0.8% by weight. Electrical Properties: Dielectric Strength (BDV) 2.5 mm GAP: 70 kV minimum. Dissipation Factor at 50 Hz/100 Hz at 90°C: 0.4% maximum. Resistivity at 90°C: \bm{25 \times 10^{12}} Ohm-cm minimum. Please note that we require a 5-liter sample drawn from each manufacturing batch to be supplied for testing at the EPL Enterprises lab.
