Quantity: 16Metric Tons Payment Method: T/T PCE-D is a kind of early strength and antifreeze admixture which is compounded by JH series water reducing admixtures and various of effective materials. Main function:better early strength and anti-freezing,stable,can be widely used in all kinds of concrete construction in low temperature and in winter. •Main Performance 1. PCE-D’s function:water-reducing, early strength., strengthen, antifreeze etc. It can assure good workability of concrete and achieve the expected strength in a certain period of time,so that we ensuing the concrete construction in low temperature and in winter. 2. Good adaptability in all kinds of cement and blending admixtures. 3. Low shrinkage,low viscosity and low bleeding rate of concrete: PCE-D can significantly improve concrete’s stability, durability and workability. 4. Loss of freezing-thawing strength ratio ≤100％ at 50 times of concrete which is added PCE-D. 5. Compressive strength ratio of concrete: Minus temperature: Maintainance 7 days. Positive temperature :Maintainance 28days. (R-7+28) ≥120％ 6. Extremely small content of chloride and alkali: JH-01 has no corrosion on steel bars. 7. High stability: PCE-D won’t precipitate out in low temperature. 8. Green and environmental protection: free from formaldehyde and other toxic substance. 9. Good econimic returns: comprehensive cost of construction projects is low. •Usage 1.Optimal proportion and dosage is recommanded before use according to the adaptive and temperature of engineering construction’s raw materials. 2. Compatibility test is recommanded when use PCE-D with other additives. 3. Precised dosage of PCE-D is recommanded to avoid repeat dosage,seep dosage and errors. 4. Good compatibility: PCE-D can be used with polycarboxylate superplasticizer and pumping agent. |
