Technical features:
1. Conveying by air-blowing tunnel, bottle in-let screw wheel and bottle neck clamps. 2. High speed bottle grip skill, bottle shapes change freely, the machine inside working table is tidier. 3. Filling monoblock machine finish the bottle washing, filling and capping inside, high wear resistance 4. Specially designed stainless steel bottle gripper, tough and durable. 5. No touching the bottle neck to avoid polluting the beverage. 6. Pressure-bearing liquid tank, using loop tank for high speed line 7. High speed big flow isobaric filling nozzle, which fills beverage very quickly, accurate liquid level, no liquid loss. All the parts that contact the liquid are all made of qualified stainless steel or food-grade engineering plastic; most of the components on the electrical system are imported and qualified to the state food hygienic standard. The bottle out-let dial wheel and bottle bottom holder descents spirally, so there’s no need to change the height of the bottle-outlet conveying chain for change of different bottle shape. |
