Performance and Applications:
Effectively prevent and inhibit coking formation on the fractionator bottom and the furnace tube in the delayed coker, improve the colloidal stability of vacuum residue under coking conditions and hydrogen transfer-oriented, inhibit coking resulting from the cyclization and aromatization in thermal process, enhance the cracking probability of residue molecule, and significantly improve the liquid yield of delayed coking process.
Use method:
For the initial use in the unit, take a combination of methods of rapid filling and smooth filling. The first three days are the rapid filling phase, injection rate should be 200ppm based on feed amount; then adopt normal injectin of 100ppm based on the feed rate which is called the smooth filling phase.
Injection should be perfomed through coke inhibitor system, at the point of extract filter outlet located at the fractionator bottom or at the inlet of radiation chamber.
The agent is suggested to be injected in the form of a 5-20% solution diluted with coker diesel for its effective mixing with fuel oil. When preparation, feed coker diesel into the tank of injection system, then introduce the agent, and stir to mix them thoroughly.
Application performance:
1. in the case of 100ppm dosage and the same nature of raw materials, the total liquid yield can be increased by 0.8% compared with no additives;
2. under normal operating conditions, the pressure drop increase is no more than 0.2Mpa, and the surface temperature increase is not higher than 10℃ for the furnace tube during a run cycle.
Packaging and storage:
200L(n.w180kg) iron drum. Sealed storage, avoid rain and sun exposure, away from fire.
