It's appearance is light amber and smell is normal. Its relative density is (20/4℃) 1.19, viscosity is (23℃) 5.0mPas, freezing point -18-21.5℃, pH3.5-5.0. It is easily dissolved in water. The best PH condition for the usage of low-carbon alcohol and ethanediol is 4-8. As pH>8, its stability goes down. It could be stored for a year under normal temperature. Under temperature of 50℃ activity goes down slightly as it is stored for 6 months. Activity may go down greatly under high temperature. It could be compatible with various ionic emulsifiers and protein.
