This item is testing for static mechanics permance of structure/material/metal parts/girder/frame of naval architecture and ocean engineering, pressing and bending tests of parts etc. 2. Due to the adjustable position of the loading cylinder beam and the horizontal support beam on both sides, the experimental machine is able to adapt to the test pieces of different sizes. In addition, due to the high machining accuracy of the T type, guaranteeing the high precision by installation of the test pieces after adjusting the position. 3. The control software provides the records including quasi-static loading test software of uniaxial load and bending testing , which can realize of static load, displacement, time-load curve, time-displacement curve and displacement-load curve during the test process. 4. Whole is full hydraulic transmission, with closed-loop servo control. According to the requirement of testing, multiple controlling methods is optional, as load force(stress) and deform displacement(strain) etc, which can convert freely with each other. The control section adopts US imported NI multifunctional closed-loop system and DEX’s data processing software, which succeed in high-speed collecting, real-time recording, displaying on time, smart adjustment and control, report processing and standard printing and so on. |
