Perilla Seed Oil is made by Super-critical CO2 Extract Method. The oil from perilla seeds is relatively high in omega-3 fatty acids, as well as several phenolic compounds (rosemarinic acid, luteolin, chrysoeriol, quercetin, catcehin and apigenin).
