Character and Application:
XBPO is a kind of photoinitiator with the same molecular structure as of the Ciba i-819 photoinitiator.
XBPO appears light yellow powderthe melting point is at 127-131 ℃and it has enough solubility in active diluents. Its typical absorptions are at 338nm 370nm 405 nm, and the maximum absorption wavelength can amount to 450 nm. Its photodissociation products are two benzoyl and one phosphorus acyl free radicals which are high so its photo is better than TPO.
Because XBPO has in the long wave bandit can be not only used alone but also co-used with other photoinitiators. XBPO is suitable for being used in unsaturated polyester white wood resistant UV varnish UV powder low volatile and mild odor coating thick coating optical fiber coating adhesive offset printing ink screen printing ink flexo ink and it also can be used in wood varnishplastic metal varnish and paper gloss oil PCB and flexography.

The usage of this product should the results and the suggested volume of addition is 0.1-5%.
XBPO also absorbs a little in the visible regionit should be protected from light in the process of storage and transportation.
