Pleas choose the suitable raw materials for hot air vulcanization, different raw material will make bubbles in the process. Method of Application： Type one: Extrusion or Injection Process 1. For High Tensile Silicone Materials(filled with gaseous phase white carbon black) Application ratio: C-100B 2.0~2.5% C-100A 0.5~0.6% Curing condition: IR(6meters),constant temperature ±5℃. First curing: IR curing at 190~200℃ for 40~60. Finished curing: After first curing, it should be cured again as below conditions. Curing temperature 155~165℃ 165~175℃ Over 175℃ Curing time 3~5minutes 3minutes 2minutes 2. For Normal Silicone Material Application ratio: C-100B 1.5~2.0% C-100A 0.5~0.6% Curing condition:IR(6meters),constant temperature ±5℃. First curing: IR curing at 190~200℃ for 40~60. Finished curing:After first curing, it should be cured again as below conditions.
