GOODCRETE CS is a kind of mixed solution, which includes inorganic silicate as main component and some functional additives. It exists as reactive silicate form such as lithium and sodium. Goodcrete CS is colorless, odorless, nontoxic, nonflammable and not containing any volatile compounds (VOC), fully in accordance with environment, health and safety requirements in society today.
Goodcrete CS can effectively control dust from the concrete ground and improve hardness and wear resistance, which is economical and used easily. Goodcrete CS is made with special formula, so that the concrete treated by Goodcrete CS can better resist chemical erosion and the polished concrete ground looks more beautiful. Application Before using Goodcrete CS, it needs to remove wax, oil, rubber, acrylic paint or other surface sealants. If the ground is cleaned by acid, you must neutralize the acid. The surface should have enough pores for adequate absorption. The earlier use, the higher compressive strength it has. In order to make Goodcrete CS fully penetrate the concrete, it is necessary to do the polishing and stripping on the surface. The construction methods can change according to the time and construction quantity: A）When Goodcrete CS is used on ordinary industrial ground: Use only once, the usage amount is 12-20 square meters per gallon (3-5 square meters per kilo). If Goodcrete CS is used on new concrete ground, you can spray it as soon as after light work, when people can walk on the ground not having footprints. In general, it needs to maintain the new concrete ground for 7-28 days. After the maintenance, you can use Goodcrete CS. Use Goodcrete CS to wet the surface until fully wet. At the same time, use a brush or a mechanical cache to brush the ground until it is smooth and dense. The process needs 30 minutes. And then remove the stains or residual Goodcrete CS with a rubber broom or a vacuum cleaner and make the ground dry naturally. In the construction process, make sure the ground not dry too early and not touch water. Within 12 hours after the construction, keep the ground dry and not be frozen. Completely clean the surface of old concrete ground, if necessary, you can polish it. The old concrete ground must be thoroughly dry and not have puddles. The ground lighted by machines using Goodcrete CS will immediately have light. After one month, it will have marble light. The longer use, the better effect it has. After the ground maintained is dry (after 24 hours), you can use mechanical vehicles. B) When Goodcrete CS is used in food processing areas, supermarkets and dusty ground: Use Goodcrete CS twice, the usage amount is 12-16 square meters per gallon (3-4 square meters per kilo). Use Goodcrete CS to wet the surface until fully wet. At the same time, use a brush or a mechanical cache to brush the ground until it is smooth and dense. The process needs about thirty minutes. And then remove residual Goodcrete CS with a rubber broom or a mechanical cleaner and make the ground dry for thirty minutes. Continue to use Goodcrete CS for the second time with the same method. Make the ground dry for another thirty minutes. In the second time, we should make the ground semi-dry. Completely clean the surface of old concrete ground to make sure water penetrate the concrete naturally. Dry the ground before the construction and the definite construction method is the same as that of new ground. Pay attention not to have puddles. After the ground treated is dry (after 24 hours), you can use mechanical vehicles. When Goodcrete CS is used on the bridge surfaces, roads, car parks and driveways, we should use it twice. The usage amount is 11-12 square meters per gallon (2-3 square meters per kilo). Use Goodcrete CS to wet the surface until fully wet. If the surface is dry too quickly, you need to spray it again until the ground is smooth and dense. Then wait for the ground dry and after about one hour do again with the same way. C) When Goodcrete CS is used on the vertical walls, the bottom of bridges and the top of car parks. In general, you need use Goodcrete CS for three times. The usage amount is determined by the surface condition of concrete, the temperature and the construction condition. Usually every time, the usage amount is 16-23 square meters per gallon (4-6 square meters per kilo). As these areas violate the gravity principle, so it needs to slow down the construction speed and use Goodcrete CS for two or three times. Now you need to spray it on the completely dry ground with a rolling brush or a sprayer. When you do on the vertical areas, please wet the surface but not too much avoiding flowing down. After one hour, continue the second and third construction with the same method. When do under the bridge and on the top of the car parks, first wet the surface until it drops down. After about one hour, continue the second and third construction. |
