This product is used as a curing agent of high temperature silicone rubber, can play the role of anti yellow, products of the moulded fair and transparent, not easy to yellow. Products by two sulphur, color yellow degeneration are minimal, and transparency will increase. The products are widely used in transparent and colorful silicone products and food grade silicone products. Component: 1, 2.5- two methyl -2.5- Di tert butyl peroxide hexane; 2, high molecular weight silicone; 3, effective anti yellow agents. Physical properties: The appearance of micro yellow transparent colloid The proportion of G /cm3: 0.95 (25 ℃) Safe operating temperature: 135 ℃ Significant cross-linking temperature :175 ℃ Dosage (relative Mix): 1.2-1.6% The final decomposition of methane, ethane, ethylene, acetone, butanol and pentanol, volatile matter Stability: Component 2, 3 is chemically stable, while the first shows the chemical instability, high temperature decomposition of free radicals, induced crosslinking.
