The product has hydrophobic gene, and form a repellent reaction between starch molecules,which can effectively improve the corrugated surface sizing starch water repellent properties,to prevent the resurgence of paper and waterproof properties.Water absorption value can reach below 50% after sizing, Water resistant time more than 3-5 minutes don't ooze water.

Technical conditions

Method of use

1.Usage: Instead of about 25% of raw starch when gelatinized starch ;
2.Used ammonium persulphate oxidized starch when using it, recommended dosage for 4-5 % .amount of starch, and gelatinized well starch liquid in 90-95rinsulation 20-30 minutes before use.
3.During the gelatinization process.we must slow heating rate while the temperature reached 70V,when it reached 93-95C,holding time must be more than 20 minutes,to ensure starch and other materials reaction fully.
4.Gelatinization good Starch glue must reach 50-80 mpa, it is advantageous to the film-forming properties of starch paste to guarantee pressing ring and other physical properties of paper.The viscosity can be adjustment by using ammonium persulfate amount to increase or decrease
5.In addition, the application of oxidized starch, the starch glue pasting good firstly,and when the temperature reached 93℃, adding solid surface sizing agent.Thermal insulation for 20 minutes or so.
6.Starch glue must disposable pasting should not diluted with water, if diluted,it will affect the sizing and ring crush.
7.Glue temperature guarantee in 80-85℃, ensure temperature mainly is to control the sticking phenomenon.if the temperature is too low it may cause sticking.
