THIS-408 Welding Slag Remover

Description :
This-408 anti-spatter remover is an advanced technology solvent-based lubricant that provides a quick and efficient coating to prevent welding spatter from adhering to surrounding metal surfaces. It is non-toxic, non-flammable,
non-polluting, silicone free, water based anti-spatter compound.
This-408 anti-spatter is applied before the welding operation to achieve the following benefits:
-Avoiding time consuming & laborious grinding & chipping mechanical process
-Improving weld joint quality.

How to use:
· Spray a thin film from a distance of 20-30cm.
· Provide adequate ventilation
· Test and possible cleaning of parts recommended prior to subsequent treatment (galvanizing, hot-galvanizing, painting etc.)

Storage :
Be suitable for 5 ~ 30 °C storage.
Please do not close to the heat source or sunlight.
Produce according to the general chemical storage methods.
After use, please guarantee seal to avoid deterioration.
