This product is a corrosion inhibitor of copper, non-ferrous metal deactivator has excellent oil solubility, can be used as a metal deactivator in lubricating oil, and has good extrusion and wear resistance. Our company has independently developed thiadiazole polysulfide (T561) by absorbing foreign production technology, and all its raw materials are produced at home. T561 has excellent oil solubility, copper corrosion inhibition and oxidation resistance. It can significantly reduce the corrosion of ZDDP to copper and solve the problem of hydrolysis stability. It can greatly improve the oxidation resistance of Daqing paraffin-based oil in internal combustion engine oil. Chemical properties can also be used in two-stroke gasoline engine oil, which can improve the anti-swelling and tightening properties of the oil products.

Purpose:
Metal deactivator T561 is a thiadiazole polysulfide, which can capture active sulfur in oil products and inhibit metal corrosion. Because it contains polysulfide bonds, it can form sulfide film with metal surface, which effectively inhibits the catalytic effect of metal ions on oil products. Therefore, T561 is a very effective lubricant additive in improving the performance of oil products. Adding 0.03-0.05% T-561 metal deactivator to the formulation of alkaline high zinc antiwear hydraulic oil, the oil can pass the hydrolysis stability test of Denison HF-2. Adding 0.4-0.5% T-561 metal deactivator to the formulation of internal combustion engine oil can increase the TFOUT induction period of oil by more than 60 minutes. In addition, T-561 metal deactivator can also be used in industrial gear oil and high-quality gasoline engine oil.
