Product Specification/Models Application It is used for municipal sewage treatment, industrial wastewater treatment, especially inorganic sludge treatment and tertiary recovery, drilling mud, oil well operation, ore milling, papermaking, textile and cosmetics of petroleum industry. The main uses are drilling mud, micromolecule and coating agent. method of application: 1.The use concentration of the product is 0.1~0.2%. The specific usage is determined by experiment. 2.dissolving principles: fast mixing for dispersion and slow stirring for dissolving. First, mix fast to disperse the emulsion evenly in the water in order to avoid lumping; second, mix slowly to make the macromolecules dissolved from the emulsion. At the moment, if mix fast, molecular weight will lower because of breaking down the molecular chain. 3.Mix the product only when it should be used. Because the aqueous solution can not keep for a long time. The emulsion should be stirred in original package before use. 4.Use screw pump or diaphragm pump to convey the aqueous solution. Notice: 1.The emulsion or concentrated solution is alkaline. It should avoid to touch the skin. Once touched, it should use clean by paper or water as soon as possible. 2.Avoid to scatter the product on the floor. Once scattered, it should be cleaned immediately to avoid slip. 3.The product should be sealed under dry and shady circumstance: proper temperature is 10 centigrade~30 centigrade; sealed storage, it should be run out as soon as possible after opening. The storage period does not exceed 6 months. |
