We claim that: Jiangsu Zhongdong Group Co., Ltd. and Wuhan Zhongdong Chemical Co., Ltd. are independent impersonal entity, with separated corporate governance structure. These two companies has clear rights, and aren't subsidiary each other, and both of these two company have independent HR and account systems, and each of them can afford its civil responsibility only.
