Soybean Lecithin can reduce viscosity, replace more expensive ingredients, improve food nutrition, control sugar csystalization and the flow properties, help in the homogeneous mixing of ingredients and can be used as coating.

It can be used as a component of cooking sprays to prevent sticking and as a releasing agent.
